Returns

• At STOIK Apparel we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help!

  Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Items with incorrect or insufficient shipping addresses will be returned to our facility, and you'll be responsible for reshipment costs.
  • Unclaimed shipments will be returned to our facility and may be donated to charity after 30 days.

  To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at stoikapparel7@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  Refunds

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • We do not process returns for buyer's remorse except for customers in Brazil.
  • Defective or misprinted items must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

  Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • For size exchanges, you'll need to place a new order at your expense.

  Shipping Returns

  • Returns will be processed to our designated Printful facility.
  • An automated email will be sent upon receiving your return.
  • Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 30 days.
